Increasing levels
- Severity and duration of glucose dysregulation in individuals can be estimated by monitoring the levels of O-GlcNAc simultaneously at specific sites on several key proteins in erythrocytes. Increase in antenna fucosylation of AGP in plasma from patients with Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus.
